The County has received applications for Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control approval for a residential development consisting of multi unit residential buildings and townhomes. The subject lands are currently zoned the Special Rural Residential 1 (RR1-44) Zone, and Limited Service (LSR) Zone. Through Zoning File No. Z5-19, the proposed new lots are proposed to be zoned the Special Urban Residential 3 (R3-XX) Zone and permit the development of the site.
