The County has received applications for a Draft Plan of Subdivision & Condominium, Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to create eight (8) new residential lots accessed by a private condominium road. The subject site is located at 1041 County Road 7 in the Ward of North Marysburgh.

13-T-20-503, OPA-05-20 & Z51-21 (Georgios Georgiou)

The proposed subdivision (File No. 13-T-20-503) consists of the development of 5 lots for single detached dwellings and a 90 metre extension of a Hennessy Street ending in a Cul-de-Sac turnaround.

SP-06-21 – Lake Avenue RV Resort

The County has received application to amend an existing Site Plan Control Agreement with Lake Avenue RV Resort & Campground as the works outlined in the agreement approved in 2016 were not completed within the required three (3) year timeline. 

SP-07-21 – AARO Concepts

The County has received an application for Site Plan Control which requests to a 401 sq m addition of a storage area to an existing Machine Shop at 4 McDonald Drive.

The County has received an application to rezone the property located at 30-32 Elizabeth Street from the current General Industrial (MG) Zone to a residential zone.

The County has received an application for a  Zoning By-law Amendment to permit an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, and assembly hall development on the 99.61-hectare (246.14-acre) Subject Site located on County Road 13 and Babylon Road in the Ward of South Marysburgh, legally described as Part Lots G and H Concession South of Prince Edward Bay; Township of South Marysburgh Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of 47R7663.

The County has received a Consent and Rezoning application to create two (2) new lots. The subject site is located south of 497 County Road 24.

B91-20 (Leveille)

Consent to sever for a lot addition to benefit an adjacent parcel (35 Ferguson Street) to create a driveway for the proposed benefiting lands. The subject lands are located at 3 Ena Street, in the Ward of Picton.

B92-20 & Z78-20 – Armstrong

The County has received an application for Consent and Rezoning to create one (1) new lot. The subject site is located at 548D Old Milford Road.

B94-20, B95-20, & Z80-20 – Ross

The County has received an application for a Consent and Rezoning to create two (2) new lots. The subject site is located at 323 Kelly Road.

B96-20, B97-20, B98-20 & Z81-20 – Krentz

The County has received an application for Consent and Rezoning to create one (1) new lot and undertake two lot additions. The subject site is located at 99 Carter Road.

The County has received an application for Consent and Rezoning to create one (1) new lot. The subject site is located across from 2466 Victoria Road.

The County has received applications for a Consent and/or Rezoning application to create one (1) new lot. The subject site is located west of 642 Christian Road.

A11-21 – Gibbs

Application for a Minor Variance to vary Section 4.26.3.iii of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for the construction of a new dwelling unit within 350 metres of an Extractive Industrial where the Zoning permits a Quarry Use (from the required 500 metres). The subject lands are located at 2989 County Road 7 in the Ward of North Marysburgh.

A13-21 – Manser

Application for a Minor Variance to vary Section 4.1.4.2 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for an accessory building with a height of 6.145 metres (20.167 feet) from the required 5 metres (16.4 feet). The subject lands are known as 947 County Road 13 in the Ward of South Marysburgh.

A14-21 – Bentley

Application for a Minor Variance to vary the maximum lot coverage from 5% to 8.12% and maximum building height from 5m to 5.6m to permit an addition to the existing garage. The subject lands are located at 774 County Road 28.

Application for a Minor Variance to vary Section 13.3.5 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for an interior side yard setback of 1.54 metres (5.083 feet) from the required 3 metres (9.8 feet). The subject lands are known as 73 Bloomfield Main Street in the Ward of Bloomfield/Hallowell.

Application for a Minor Variance to vary Section 4.1.4.2 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for a maximum height of an accessory building of 6.84 metres (22.45 feet) from the required 5 metres (16.4 feet). The subject lands are known as 395 County Road 25 in the Ward of North Marysburgh.
