Planning Public Council is holding a public meeting pursuant to Sections 34 and 53 of the Planning Act with respect to the following applications:

• Consent and Rezoning File Nos.: B66-17, B67-17and Z53-17 - Robert & Barbara Titley - 166 Cunningham Road - Part Lot 90 Concession 3, Part 2 47R771; Ward 4 (Ameliasburgh) - Sever to create two new lots and related rezoning.

• Rezoning File No.:  Z57-17 - Davin Corporation - Inkerman Avenue - Lot 28 47M-6; Ward 6 (Hallowell) - Rezone to permit the proposed construction of a 4 unit residential building.

• Rezoning File No.: Z62-17 - Sandbank Homes Inc. - 65 & 90 Jasper Avenue - Lot 10 and 42 47M-13; Ward 1 (Picton) - Rezone two lots for residential purposes.

• Rezoning File No.:  Z58-17 - Andrew & Judith Williams - 2404 County Road 4 - Part Lot 58 Concession 2 West of Green Point; Ward 10 (Sophiasburgh) - Rezone from commercial to rural to permit a single detached dwelling as a stand alone use.

• Consent and Rezoning File Nos.:  B71-17 and Z59-17 - Agnes Graham - 7 Century Drive, Lot 1582 & Part Lot 1583 Plan 25; Ward 1 (Picton) - Sever to create one new lot and related rezoning.

• Consent and Rezoning File Nos.:  B74-17 and Z61-17 - Gianni Del Degan, Christina Del Degan and Sean Keith - 18722 Loyalist Parkway - Part Lot 22 Concession 3, Part 1 47R3632; Ward 7 (Hillier) - Sever for the purpose of a lot addition to benefit 18692 Loyalist Parkway and related rezoning.

• Rezoning File No.: Z68-16 - County of Prince Edward - Interim Control By-law and Rezoning. Rezone various properties as part of the Interim Control By-law to conform to the designations of the Wellington Secondary Plan.
