Committee of Adjustment will be conducting a public meeting pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act with respect to the following applications:

Minor Variance

Variance File No.: A27-17 - Sandbank Homes Inc. - 57/59, 61/63, 65/67, 69/71 Conger Drive - Blocks 129-132 47M-12; Ward 3 (Wellington). Vary the rear yard setback from 7.5 metres to 6 metres to accommodate the construction of pre-designed semi-detached dwellings.

Variance File No. A23-17 - Desmond and Elizabeth Norris - 567 C County Road 7 - Part Lot 3 Concession 3 South of the Bay of Quinte; Ward 8 (North Marysburgh) - Vary the maximum size of a secondary dwelling from 645 square feet to 1,200 square feet for the proposed construction of a dwelling for aging family members.

Variance File No.: A13-17 - Peter Campisi - 119 B North Big Island Road - Part Lot 27 Big Island, Part of the road allowance along the shore of the Bay of Quinte; Ward 10 (Sophiasburgh) - Vary the maximum height of an accessory building from 16.5 feet to 22.5 feet to allow for the construction of a proposed 2 storey addition and extension to the existing storage building.
