Committee of Adjustment

Committee of Adjustment will be conducting a public meeting pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act with respect to the following applications:

Minor Variance:

• Variance File No.: A26-17 - Patrick & Karen Heffernan - 8 Eyre Street, Part Lot 1034 Plan 24; Ward 1 (Picton). Vary the rear yard setback from 7.5 metres to 6 metres to accommodate the proposed construction on an attached garage.

• Variance File No.: A12-17 - Dru Nelissen and Carolyn Goodwin - 19 Merrill Drive - Lot 21 47M-12; Ward 3 (Wellington) - Vary the rear yard setback and increase the lot coverage to construct a deck.

• Variance File No.: A13-17 - Peter Campisi - 119 B North Big Island Road - Part Lot 27 Big Island, Part of the road allowance along the shore of the Bay of Quinte; Ward 10 (Sophiasburgh) - Vary the maximum height of an accessory building from 16.5 feet to 22.5 feet to allow for the construction of a proposed 2 storey addition and extension to the existing storage building.

• Variance File No.: A25-17 - 2232733 Ontario Inc. - 13688 Loyalist Parkway - Part Lot 17 Concession 2 Military Tract; Part 1 47R205; Ward 6 (Hallowell) - Vary the uses to include the accessory use of selling used vehicles repaired on site.

• Variance File No.: A24-17 - Stephen & Joan Blakely - 536 Island Road - Lot 3 Plan 17; Ward 6 (Hallowell) - Vary the maximum lot coverage from 15% to 16.4% for the proposed construction of a single family dwelling.
